SINGLE REVIEW: DOPAMINE - REMEDY

Formerly known as 'Slowtalk', Salisbury based rockers 'Dopamine' have taken their time crafting their sound before releasing their first EP. Formed in 2015, the three-piece have finally unleashed the first single from their upcoming EP and it is clear to see that it has been well worth the wait.

Describing themselves as always wanting "to write catchy songs laden with riff tasty hooks and gruff vocals", 'Dopamine' have hit the nail on the head. Bringing blinding riffs reminiscent on American bands such as 'Clutch' and 'Corrosion of Conformity'; 'Remedy' is a hard hitting and instantly catchy song and an exciting teaser for the upcoming EP. Combining gruff and sexy vocals alongside the hip swinging bass riffs, 'Dopamine' bring a strong Southern American style across the pond in a way that UK based bands rarely manage to pull off.
